About the Founder

Access First’s founder, Roderick Roberts has spent the past fifteen years breaking down access barriers, contributing to strong sales teams, and serving the needs of business clients in a variety of environments.

From his start as a teen entrepreneur selling Braille menus to San Antonio convention hotels and restaurants for the benefit of blind guests, to becoming possibly the first visually impaired eBusiness consultant exclusively serving automotive retailers nationwide, Roberts’s passion for developing winning sales and marketing solutions has only intensified.

He has seen days as a telephone operator, emergency dispatcher in a 9-1-1 call center, has managed teams of inside sales representatives for AT&T and Entouch Technologies, and has sold successfully in both field and inside sales environments.

Now, by adding new, high-value services like Access First's premier moving and construction lead subscription program serving select markets, in addition to the company's more traditional appointment scheduling, trade show telemarketing, and customer service campaign business, Roberts looks forward to Access First's future growth and expansion efforts.
